Girls Just Want to Have Fun Virtual Art Class

Welcome to our Creative Girls' Art Club!

Immerse your child in a world of creativity and self-expression with our unique art club designed for girls aged 8-12. Taught in English with a CEFR level of A2, our ESL-friendly environment ensures a supportive and inclusive learning experience.

Class Format:

Dive into the world of art with our ongoing subscription class, where each week is an independent adventure. Pay for the weeks that suit your schedule—there's no start or end date, allowing flexibility to come and go as needed. Embrace variety with different projects each week, all tied to the class description. Our approach recognizes the diverse pace of children's development, offering age ranges with overlap to cater to individual needs.

For those who prefer a more structured experience, we also offer a 10-week session. This is perfect for students who may feel anxious about meeting new classmates. Explore our class listings to find the age range that best suits your child.

What to Expect:

Our focus is on fostering creativity and building confidence through a blend of social interaction and art projects. Join us each week for "girl talk" intertwined with engaging drawing and art activities. This unique blend of social and project-based learning promises a fun and supportive environment.

Discover the joy of self-expression and art exploration. Through weeks of creating together, students often experience a surprising boost in confidence. As one student shared after just three weeks, "art isn't as hard as I thought, and I kind of like it now."

Club Goals:

Our mission is to create a safe space for girls to express themselves, forge lifelong friendships, and nurture their artistic talents. Through various art techniques, students will learn the importance of repetition, breaking down complex drawings into simple shapes, and finding joy in the creative process.

Some weeks, we'll introduce the concept of art journaling, adding a layer of thought processing and reflection—a valuable outlet for our children in today's world.

Supplies:

Prepare for each session with quality art paper or a sketchbook. Basic tools like pencils, erasers, rulers, markers, gel pens, colored pencils, and a black fine point pen or extra-fine/fine-tipped Sharpie are essential.

Check out the teacher expertise section for examples of the delightful drawings our students create. Join us on this artistic journey, where being different is not just okay—it's awesome!
