Kids' ATC Club Membership Agreement

This agreement is made between [Parent/Guardian's Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Parent/Guardian") and ATC Kids Club (hereinafter referred to as the "Club"). By signing this document, the Parent/Guardian agrees to the following terms and conditions for the ATC Kids Club:

1. Eligibility
   The Parent/Guardian verifies that the child, referred to hereinafter as "The Artist," is 17 years old or younger at the time of registration.

2. Participation in Swaps
   If the Parent/Guardian wishes for The Artist to participate in Artist Trading Card (ATC) swaps, they agree to provide the Club with a mailing address where The Artist’s ATCs can be sent. This address will only be used for the purpose of sending and receiving ATCs within the scope of the Club and will not be accessible to members directly.

3. Club Rules and Guidelines
   The Parent/Guardian agrees to ensure that The Artist follows the Club’s Community Guidelines, including participating in a safe and respectful manner during all virtual meetings, challenges, and swaps.

4. Photo and Art Sharing
   The Parent/Guardian acknowledges that artwork shared during Club sessions or on social media platforms associated with the Club may be shared or featured for promotional purposes. The Artist’s name or identity will not be disclosed without prior consent from the Parent/Guardian.

5. Recording of Meetings
   For safety and educational purposes, all meetings will be recorded. The Parent/Guardian understands that no video of students' faces will ever be shared. Only the demonstration portion and challenge information will be available after the meeting via the recording. The recordings will be accessible to members but will not include any personal or identifiable information about the students.

6. Monthly Fees
   The Parent/Guardian agrees to pay the monthly membership fee for participation in the Kids' ATC Club, which covers the weekly lessons, creative time, and participation in the monthly swaps.

7. No Refund Policy
   Fees are non-refundable once paid. If a participant chooses to leave the Club, the Parent/Guardian understands that no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the membership.

8. Limitation of Liability
   The Club is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the use of supplies, the creation of ATCs, or participation in virtual sessions. By signing this agreement, the Parent/Guardian acknowledges the voluntary nature of participation and accepts responsibility for The Artist’s safety.

By signing below, the Parent/Guardian acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement.
